Designed for beginner students to form a strong foundation for the art of Jiu-Jitsu while giving experienced students the opportunity to sharpen their basics. Each week will build upon the last and students will focus on learning offensive and defensive techniques for Jiu-Jitsu’s core basic positions. The class is one hour and will have time dedicated to instructional training and lower-intensity positional sparring.
Intermediate/ Drills -
Tues & Thurs 7:00-8:00 PM
Designed for students with at least 6 months of experience to learn the more complex positions of Jiu-Jitsu.
